With extensive growth plans continuing into 2022, this is an opportunity to join a recently formed Talent Acquisition team as the 5th individual. To be successful in this role you are required to be bilingual with Arabic and English fluency, possess inhouse recruitment experience within the UAE and have immediate availability. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be joining an exceptionally fast paced business support organisation in Dubai. The client is a well-established market leader within its field and has several subsidiaries in the UAE and a newly opened Saudi Arabia location. Therefore, you will be recruiting for all vacancies across all functions of the group.
You will seek out both passive and active candidates across all levels of seniority and divisions including Sales and Business Development, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Management and Operations. It is vital that you reach out to the prospective candidates quickly to reduce the hiring times and ensure that all information with regards to the interview scoring matrix, capability and assessment criteria is uploaded onto the shared ERP. Using new and innovative ideas to source candidates and keeping yourself constantly updated with market trends and a pipeline of talent, you will represent the group as a professional and supportive Talent Acquisition Specialist. Therefore, strong communication skills are required and a highly organised approach to handle candidates with sensitivity and professionalism, no matter what the final outcome.
Post initial contact, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be fully immersed in the recruitment process by performing the initial screening and shortlisting of the candidates, to then select the most qualified for final stage interviews with the relevant Hiring Managers. With constant liaison with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies, you will ensure all parties are well informed throughout the process, via open and honest dialogue from the initial vacancy discussions through to the onboarding of the successful applicant.
This is a highly dynamic and fast paced environment, where you will be expected to achieve results from day one. The ability to make an immediate impact in the Talent Acquisition Team and manage multiple vacancies, all communications and administration is essential. The organisation also operates a work from home policy, where you would only be required to attend the office locations (in Dubai and Sharjah) one day a week, so great flexibility is also given. Standard working hours are 8.30am until 6.00pm Sunday to Thursday and only those with fluency in Arabic and English languages and 2-3 years of inhouse recruitment experience will be considered for this position.
