About the Role: Initiation Phase: Market Intelligence Liase with Brand Teams for Requirements and Market demand for Conversion Models for identified segments Requirements and Market demand/Wish List for Accessory Products for Identified segments Consolidate the Wish List and Analyze with focus for the Universal/Common with demand potential and LCP Pricing Targets analysis. Investigate Other Brands/Region and Aftermarket for: Identifying New Product Opportunities for Customers New Conversion projects to identify Business opportunities New Popular Accessory- Mechanical/Aerokits and Electronic with Key USP’s Availability ,SRP and Discount Structure Prepare Competitive Benchmark report Pricing and Discount Structure for Universal Accessory and Conversion Products- Tinting/PP, Refrigerated and Cargo Identify Key USP’s for Marketing Material Planning Phase: Marketing Plan Review MI feedback to Plan Road Map along with C&A to develop Business Case with Brand Teams Execute Product Launch Process Co-ordinate with Group Marketing Team on Content Development roadmap-Offline and Online Review Content with Management and Deployment Plan-Offline and Online Marketing Deployment Material Readiness and Distribution to dealers Merchandise List Creation Plan for LCP or Major Events for dealers Co-ordinate with CPD for supplier identification and Validation Plan PO to meet LCP and Event readiness timeline DEMO/Display Liase with Brand Teams for Key Accessories for DEMO/Display Units at showrooms Co-ordinate with PDI team for Demo Units Prepration About You: Bachelor Degree in Marketing 5+ Years of Market Intelligence and Automotive Accessory Marketing Experience in Middle East Familiar with Automotive Marketing and Branding Valid Driving License for UAE #LI-POST19 We’re here to provide excellent service but a little help from you can ensure a five-star candidate experience from start to finish.
